Yesterday a pool match was played between India and England. The game was without any result, with a 0-0 goal. Although there was a goal from the Indian side in the third quarter of the second half, it was disqualified.

India has to win its last and final match against Wales with a large margin for direct reach in the quarterfinal. Before the last match, India has a win against Spain 2-0. Indian captain Harmapreet and his companion have to perform extraordinarily in the last match. The match will be held in Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar on Thursday, 19 January.

England started its campaign against Wales and defeated the opponent 5-0. While Spain also bagged a win against Wales with a 5-1 goal score.

There are 4 teams in Group D, i.e., England, India, Spain, and Wales. All teams have played their 2 matches. England is at number 1, India at number 2, while Spain is struggling with its 3rd position. Wales is already out of the contest after losing its earlier 2 matches against India and Spain.
