Milk and milk-based products offer a wide range of nutritional advantages. However, unpasteurized or “raw” milk may contain harmful bacteria that could endanger your family’s health.

US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) data indicates that 127 outbreaks associated with raw milk or raw milk-based products such as ice cream, soft cheese, or yoghurt occurred between 1993 and 2012. 1,909 illnesses and 144 hospitalisations were the outcome.

Sterilization of liquid foods is another name for ultra-high temperature processing. In order to produce a product that is technically safe for ingestion and free of germs and enzymes, this method includes heating the liquid at a higher temperature. Similar to how milk is treated by being heated, this is done to make it healthier for everyone.
