Mushtaq Mohsin appointed as the Finance Ministry’s DG of the Debt Office

Mohsin Mushtaq has been appointed by the government as Director General (Debt), Debt Management Office, Finance Division.

A notification from the Establishment Division states that Mushtaq, who is currently serving as Additional Secretary (Incharge) of the Information Technology and Telecommunication Division, has been promoted to Director General (Debt) with immediate effect and until further orders in accordance with Section 10 of the Civil Servants Act of 1973.

In addition to his own responsibilities, he is permitted, per the notification, to hold current control of the position of Secretary, Information Technology and Telecommunication Division, for a period of three months or until the posting of a regular incumbent, whichever comes first, with immediate effect.
