Islamabad – Imran Khan, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), is about to face charges in the Toshakhana case, where he is accused of illegally accepting gifts while serving as the former prime minister.
Further Sessions The PTI leader’s request to have the case dismissed was denied on Friday by Judge Humayun Dilawar of the Islamabad District and Sessions Courts, who also instructed him to appear in court.
Khan hasn’t shown up in court yet. He once went to the capital’s courthouse to make a court appearance, but PTI employees caused chaos, so he was only allowed to sign in from his car.
