High court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir disqualifies PM Tanvir Illyas

High court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir disqualifies Tanvir Illyas Prime minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Tanvir Illyas was disqualifies in contempt of court case.

Supreme courts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir had a notice earlier to define his words, he appeared in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir court today to define his words and he sought forgiveness for his threatening statement against judiciary,

however, he is disqualified by court. According to court the reason to disqualify him is the threatening words in his speech, the full bench was led by Chief Justice of the High Court Sadaqat Hussain Raja, and the bench heard case of Prime Minister of Azad Jammu Kashmir.

In front of bench the clips of Prime Minister Tanvir Illyas were played, he asked for forgiveness but the court rejects his words. The bench of Supreme Court is headed by Chief justice Saeed Akram, with Justice Khawaja Naseem and Justice Raza Ali Khan.

Tanveer Ilyas becomes the first Prime Minister of Kashmir to be disqualifies because of his threatening tune. Tanverr Ilyas belongs to Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) and was Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir,

he was disqualifies by High court of Pakistan due to his threatening tune he use during his talk.However, he asked for forgiveness but did not get it, High Court disqualified him.
