Yesterday we informed you about a tragic earthquake occurred in Pakistan. The origin was Hindu Khush and was recorded by 7.7.
Later we received news from Peshawar and other cities of Pakistan about the tragic earthquake that killed nine people and more then 44 are injured.
The magnitude of earthquake was 7.7, However it was noticed as 6.8 in northwest part of Pakistan.
Secretary of relief
It was reported by secretary of relief that the injured people were given first aid by the team of Rescue 1122 and they were moved to hospital as well.
He reported that more than 15 houses have been damaged due to the tragic earth quake came yesterday in Pakistan.
Now the situation is under control the rescue team and other medical badges are active in these areas to perform their duties.
The earth quake was also felt in other countries Including Afghanistan, China, India, Tajikistan Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as well.
On the depth of 180 kilometre form from Hindu Kush it was recorded as 180 km.
Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif has ordered the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to stay alert.
He also offered to pray for any other victim and for safety of Pakistan.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) the shaking of earth quake was felt in different cities of Pakistan Including all cities of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtun Khuwa (KPK), Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit Baltistan.
In Swat two people died and 100+ peoples are injured because of yesterday’s earthquake.
In swat due to collapsing of wall a ten year old girl died and a man lose his life because of powerful earthquake. 24 year old man from Die died in the powerful earthquake. More than 200 people have covered the hospitals of swat and nearby areas.
The magnitude of 4.1 earthquakes was recorded in Arunachal Pradesh India. 4.0 with 10km depth was recorded in eastern region of Nepal.
Earthquake in other countries
The magnitude of 6.5 was recorded in Indian capital city New Delhi.
In Afghanistan more than ten people died and 50 people are injured.
