Yousuf Raza Gilani, A Former Prime Minister, Had Hernia Surgery In The Us

Yousuf Raza Gilani, a PPP senator and former prime minister, underwent surgery in the United States, it was revealed on Wednesday.

The PPP leader complained of hernia pain while visiting the US and was sent to the hospital for treatment, according to Zaigham Gillani, a spokeswoman for the Gilani family who have their headquarters in Multan.

The former prime, according to him, was doing better and would visit Pakistan on Sunday.

Yousuf Gilani scored a big upset victory over Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh in the Senate elections for the open seat in 2021 by defeating the candidate of the PTI government at the time.
