PSL: Starting From 13th Feb In Pakistan

Multan, Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Lahore will host the event; Quetta for only a friendly match; Shaheen fully recovered

PSL 8 will begin on the 13th of February. It’s echoing across the country as well as around the world. Spectators are eagerly waiting for this mega event. Venues are ready for the big show.

The official announcement has yet to be made. It should be announced today or tomorrow.

The opening ceremony will be held in Multan. All group matches will be played in Karachi and Multan until the 25th of February. Overall, 11 group matches will be hosted by Rawalpindi and 9 by Karachi.

The defending champion of this league is Lahore Qalandar. His captain Shaheen Afridi is fully recovered from his knee injury. He has been suffering from it since last year. He got injured in the test match played against Sri Lanka. However, he recovered and got back into action in the previous year’s T20 world cup. In the final, he again retired hurt from the game when his 2 crucial overs left.
