MD IMF Ms. Kristalina Georgieva called to express her grief about the masses and material loss as a result of the recent flood devastation in Pakistan. She also reiterated her commitment to helping Pakistan in this difficult time.
The prime minister thanked MD IMF to show sympathy for the loss and standing beside Pakistan in this difficult period. Moreover, He extended an invitation to Ms. Kristalina to participate in Climate Resilient Pakistan Conference in Geneva. She said there is a prefixed meeting on the 9th and 10th of January, so she can only virtually participate in the conference.
