NDMA prediction about Flood

National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) predicted that there is a 72% chance of more flood in Pakistan in coming season, so be prepare for upcoming flood.

According to Chairman National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Mr. Inam Haider increase in temperature will cause melting of glaciers and sea level will rise in coming season, as a result you will see more flood cases and natural disasters.

He said that National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) is monitoring seventeen satellites with the help of climate change ministry to protect people from upcoming flood.

Chairman National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) informed people to be aware and prepare them for upcoming flood in Pakistan, as it will cause a huge economic crisis in Pakistan.

National Flood response coordination committees (NFRCC) reported that earlier flood destroy 4, 66,366 houses and 1, 76,153 crops in Pakistan.

According to National Flood response coordination committees (NDMA), earlier flood effect over 2, 16, 974 animals in Pakistan and if we see the report in region of SINDH there were 33301 houses effected, more than 10,721 acres of crops were effected, more than 80 people died.

In KPK more than 10,000 acres of crops were affected, in PUNJAB 2328 houses were destroyed, in Baluchistan 3, 90,201 homes, many animals and people were affected because of the flood. And according to report many people died.

National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) once again warn people of Pakistan to be ready for upcoming flood, take steps to avoid flooding, make a channel for the flow of water, take special care of cleaning rivers. Protect yourself and your family; keep valuable documents and other important things in a safe place at home.
