A Cylinder Explodes in the F-6 Sector, Islamabad

One of Islamabad’s busiest markets, the Super Market, which is a few minutes’ walk from the Red Zone, has reported a cylinder explosion.

The explosion happened close to Chop Chop Wok, according to the first reports of the incident. There have apparently been five injuries. They were moved to the hospital for additional care.

It should be remembered that Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, was also scheduled to visit Islamabad today.

However, due to poor weather in the nation’s capital, his travel was postponed. The president of the UAE will return to his nation today and has promised the Pakistani government that he will make another trip there shortly.

The civic administration of Islamabad had announced a local vacation for public and private schools, colleges, and offices due to the high-profile visit. Departments in the public sector that provide necessary services have to carry on as usual.

However, because the UAE President decided to cancel the trip, the vacation was a waste.
