An adjustment in car prices has been announced by Hyundai Nishat, a leading car manufacturer in Pakistan, with effect from February 1st, 2023. In addition to the Elantra, the Sonata, and the Tucson, all three Hyundai models have been raised in price.
Hyundai Elantra New Prices
In the Elantra 1.6 model, the price has increased from PKR 5,299,000 to PKR 5,699,000, a difference of PKR 400,000. Similarly, the Elantra 2.0's price increased from PKR 5,699,000 to PKR 6,099,000.
Hyundai Sonata New Prices
PKR 500,000 has been added to the price of the Sonata 2.0 model, which was previously priced at PKR 8,149,000. A price increase has also been implemented for the Sonata 2.5 model, with the price rising from PKR 8,899,000 to PKR 9,399,000.
Hyundai Tucson New Prices
Both the GWD and AWD models of the Hyundai Tucson have seen their prices increase by PKR 500,000, respectively, to PKR 7,399,000 and PKR 7,899,000.
As the Pakistani auto industry continues to face difficulties in importing raw materials and clearing consignments from commercial banks, Hyundai Nishat's latest move coincides with the trend of rising car prices in the market.
