The study evaluated hair loss and lifestyle choices using data from more than 1,000 individuals between the ages of 18 and 45.
It was discovered that daily use of any sugary beverage raised a person’s chance of hair loss by 30%. Similar to this, persons who drink more than one drink each day have a 42 percent higher risk of going bald.
According to the study, other factors such as general health, stress, mental health, and diet are also at play in the relationship between sugary drinks and hair loss. a history of worry or a medical condition can also raise the likelihood of baldness.
