For that follow these steps

1: Install WhatsApp Application

2: Open the app tab on Agree and continue

3: Enter the number which you want to banned on WhatsApp

4: Click on Next and tap Ok button

5: Click the three dots in the right upper section and tap on Help

6: Contact support box will appear; now write your message with scammer number like

“Hello, this number is fake and annoying many people including me on WhatsApp kindly take an action and banned him on WhatsApp so that WhatsApp will be a safe place for everyone.” You can type anything you want. Don’t forget to put his number.

7: Then click to Next tap on “This does not answer my questions”

8: Click on Email icon and write same words mentioned in step 6

Note: do not clear the old message

9: Send this email two to their time with different mails.

10: Now come back to the WhatsApp and send OTP code on his number more than 10 times. His number will be automatically banned.

This method is legal and you can apply it to banned those who are annoying you are any of your family member. You have no rights to ban anyone without any reason. It will be illegal to do that.
