How to Subscribe

1. All prepaid subscriber can go to their nearest Telenor Easy Load retailer to avail this service. Upon recharging, customer will get internet balance which will only be used on Internet.

Terms & Conditions

1. To use the Internet Easy Load Service, all prepaid subscribers need visit their local shop that offers Telenor Easy Load.
2. To check their remaining internet balance, customers can dial *200#. You will be charged Rs 0.24 (tax included) to check your internet easyload balance.
3. Clients who use Internet Easy Load will additionally receive a recharge message confirming the displayed internet balance.
4. Users who use Internet Easyload can also purchase standard internet packages, but only with their Main Balance.
5. Only Internet Easy Load is available for accessing Internet Balance. not a scratch-off or a coupon.
6. Each 1 MB of Internet Balance will cost Rs. 1.
7. Both 2G and 3G networks will accept Internet Balance at the same rate of Rs. 1/MB.
8. Internet Easy Load will not be used to deduct the loan amount. To pay the outstanding loan amount, the customer must perform a regular recharge.
9. Please ensure that your retailer enters the correct phone number because it won't be possible to reverse the internet simple load.
10. Amount will be added to the prior Internet balance upon a double recharge (If any)
