When you open or visit each application or website on your device, the billing system allots a portion of the available data resources in MBs of your package, which may result in allocating all available MBs of your bundle to these use-cases. Therefore, if a different data-consuming use case, app, or website is accessed, normal rate billing may be applicable.
4. When standard rate charge begins, a message and pertinent offers will be delivered as a reminder to stop further standard rate consumption.
5. Customers will receive notifications regarding resource usage at 80% and 100% consumption from bundles so that quick action is made to prevent charging standard rate fees.
