You can subscriber to Optix internet by calling them using their 24/7 active help line at Phone: (021-111-1-OPTIX (67849) or +92344-9467849 and by visiting their website via https://www.optix.pk/

Terms & Conditions:

1. All prices are exclusive of all Government Taxes and are payable at the of signup
2. CPE (Customer Premises Device) will remain Optix property and will be retrieved, in case of disconnection.
3. This offer is valid for residential customers only
4. One-time installation cost of PKR 10,000 will be charged at the time of signup or customer opt to pay equal installments of PKR 1,000 per month for a period of 12 months.
5. One-time installation cost is nonrefundable.
6. For 50Mbps and above speed dual band WiFi AP is required. No bandwidth assurance will be committed in case the said condition is not fulfilled.
7. Xtream TV Box is required for Xtream TV Services.
8. Additional charges may apply for add-on services.
9. Optix in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or amend any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions without any prior notice
