1. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. (if any)
2. Internet offers can be subscribed and consumed in 2G, 3G and LTE networks. These can be consumed at LTE or 3G speeds, if available and at best possible speed within 2G network
3. Overage of Rs.0.30/MB applies for all 3G bundles
4. To check remaining MB’s and validity, dial bundle status codes for FREE
5. Actual Internet speed will depend on multiple factors like device, web pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, distance from 3G site etc
6. 3G and video calling services will work on existing SIM card. You will require a 3G enabled handset and be within a 3G coverage area to enjoy Jazz 3G services. To check coverage of 3G area, please dial *443*1#
7. Offered internet bundles will not auto-subscribe. Bundles need to be subscribed again upon expiry
8. If you are not subscribed to any bundle, you will be charged according to base rate i.e. PKR 3.59/ MB. Charging pulse will be 512 KB
9. Withholding tax of 12.5% applies on recharge/bill
10. Service charges of 5% and operational fee of 5% apply on recharge and 19.5% FED applies on usage in Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan and KPK
11. Service charges of 5.11% and operational fee of 5.11% apply on recharge and 17% FED applies on usage in Federal Territory, FATA, AJK and Gilgit Baltistan
12. 2.14% higher prices will be charged in Federal Territory, FATA, , AJK and Gilgit Baltistan
13. Unwanted and unethical (unreasonable) messages can be reported by texting SENDER’s NUMBER (SPACE) message to 9000 –PTA
