Women’s T20 world cup, 2023, is just ahead. Each of the 10 participant teams is ready to attain the world champion title. The finalized squads are announced by their respective boards. The world cup will kick start on February 10, with South Africa and Sri Lanka’s inaugural match.
There are two groups, i.e., Group A and Group B. Group A consists of Australia, Bangladesh, New Zealand, South Africa, and Sri Lanka. Group B comprised two rivals and three others. It consists of Pakistan, India, England, Ireland, and West Indies.
Pakistan’s squad consists of Bismah Maroof (c), Aiman Anwar, Aliya Riaz, Ayesha Naseem, Sadaf Shamas, Fatima Sana, Javeria Wadood, Muneeba Ali, Nashra Sundhu, Nida Dar, Omaima Sohail, Sadia Iqbal, Sidra Amin, Sidra Nawaz, and Tuba Hassan. While Ghulam Fatima and Kainat Imtiaz are with the team as traveling reserves.
Australia is the defending champion as the team Australia. Australia won the final of 2020 from India with 85 runs.
