Twitter is going to remove blue tick from old accounts

Twitter is going to stop the old verification system for blue tick. From 1st April 2023 they are going to stop old method of verification and remove the blue tick from free accounts.

As a policy twitter is willing to boost blue tick for business subscribers. Twitter will promote those who are ready to pay for the blue tick.

The owner of Twitter Elon Musk wants more than 20 million people to sign into the Twitter blue tick it will obviously help him to get a lot of revenue from twitter.

Soon twitter will remove the old blue ticks from those accounts that does not paid yet.

According to twitter verification centre the blue tick will indicates that the account real and is authentic.

Get your blue tick to make your account active and notable. So to prove yourself real you need to get your blue tick and it is not in free.

Method to verify your twitter account

If you want to verify your twitter account your need to login to your twitter account then click on your profile tab, Click on Setting and Privacy, Click on Your Account, Click on Account Information, Select Verification and then follow the steps to verify your account.

Twitter shared an important noticed that you cannot sale your blue tick as it is illegal and you are not able to do that. Verification system is only available in office website of twitter or mobile app. Only real and active accounts will be verified.

In Pakistan the subscription fees for Blue Tick is RS 2250 in rest of the world it is 8 to 11 dollars per month.

To make your presence on twitter with blue tick you need to verify your account and get blue tick with monthly fees.
