The Legend of Maula Jatt’ becomes the highest grossing film from the Indian sub-continent

The Legend of Maula Jatt director Bilal Lashari has received special praise from acclaimed Bollywood director Karan Johar.

Actor Gohar Rasheed of TLoMJ recently said in an interview that Karan Johar specifically called Bilal Lashari after watching the movie to express his admiration for his outstanding performance.

Rasheed claimed that Johar thought The Legend of Maula Jatt was a significant achievement for Pakistan and a source of national pride for the whole country.

Gohar Rasheed, who played Maakha in the popular movie, stated that the entire Maula Jatt team was really grateful for this recognition.

The movie has already made more than 150 crore from sales worldwide, and its current goal is to reach 2 million in additional countries. The movie currently has the highest box office performance from the Indian subcontinent in the past four months.

The prolific screenwriters Nasir Adeeb and Bilal Lashari wrote the screenplay for TLoMJ, which is produced by Geo Films, Encyclomedia, and Lashari Films and stars Hamza Ali Abbasi, Fawad Khan, Gohar Rasheed, Mahira Khan, and Humaima Malik in the key characters.
