Physical Remand of Fawad Chaudhry Denied by the Court and Sent Him to Adiala Jail

Islamabad: The Judicial Magistrate rejected the application of Islamabad Police to grant further physical remand of Fawad Chaudhary and sent him on 14 days judicial remand to Adiala Jail.

Earlier today the Islamabad police produced Fawad Chaudhary before the judicial magistrate Islamabad and requested further remand. After hearing the arguments, the judicial magistrate Waqas Ahmad Raja rejected the application of the police and sent the PTI Leader to Adial Jail for 14 days of Judicial remand.

On 25.01.2023 Fawad Chaudhary, the Leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was arrested by Islamabad police from Lahore for threatening the Election Commission of Pakistan.
