England is Back in Form but Lost the Series; England Won the Match by 59 Runs

England won the third match of the ODI series against South Africa by 59 runs. The player of the match was given to Jos Buttler. He was also the man of the series.

Yesterday, the last match of the ODI series between England tour to South Africa. Diamond Oval, Kimberley, hosted this match. South Africa won the toss and opted to bowl first.

While batting first, England set a massive total of 346 with the loss of 7 wickets. The English team was in big trouble when three top-order batters were back to the pavilion at a total of 14. Malan and Jos Buttler support the team with brilliant centuries. Jos Buttler was the top batter with 131 runs. Malan and Ali were the other key players, with 118 and 41 runs. Lungi Ngidi bagged 4 wickets against 62 runs.

In response, South Africa was only restricted to 287 runs. The top batter from the African side was Heinrich Klaasen. He contributed 80 runs with the help of 7 fours and 2 sixes. The other key batters were Reeza Hendricks and Temba Bavuma. They scored 52 and 35 runs, respectively. Jofra Archer was the top wicket-taker. He bagged 6 wickets against 40 runs.

With this won, England saved from the whitewash. However, South Africa won the series by 2-1.
