Ayushmann Khurrana followed up the first teaser with a second one for his eagerly anticipated movie Dream Girl 2, this one featuring a unique connection to Ranbir Kapoor’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
“Aayi Holi ki bahaar, aur @pooja dreamgirl bhi aayi hai apne rangon se zyada pyaar dikhane ke liye!” the actor wrote alongside the new teaser. Dream Girl 2 opens in theatres on July 7, 2023.
Like the first teaser, the second one is equally captivating and exciting. Khurrana, aka Pooja, previously had a call with Pathaan. This time, she can be seen conversing on the phone with a Jhootha, who is probably from Ranbir’s romantic comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
The actor picks up the phone and starts talking at the start of the brief clip. The caller who answered sounded just like Kapoor. On the call, the two engage in a mushy conversation. Once again, the actor from Vicky Donor drew attention online with his appearance, facial expressions, and attire.
Dream Girl 2 is the eagerly anticipated follow-up to the 2019 movie Dream Girl. The first movie had an excellent box office performance. Due to a unique plot and, of course, because of Khurrana’s performance, the audience adored the film.
Ananya Panday, Rajpal Yadav, and Paresh Rawal are also included in the second part. Manoj Joshi, Manjot Singh, Seema Pahwa, Abhishek Banerjee, and Vijay Raaz are some of the other actors.
Dream Girl 2 is slated to release in theatres on July 7.
