Director Siddharth Anand now ranks among the directors whose films have grossed more than INR 500 crore in India as a whole, thanks to the movie. The title had previously belonged to SS Rajamouli.
Siddharth expressed his feelings after reaching such a significant milestone that Pathaan is also a film that has given him his due as someone who means business when it comes to creating the biggest IPs and seeks to deliver the biggest action spectacles of India. The action-packed thriller movie made approximately 1040.25 crores worldwide, breaking previous records.

Along with Shah Rukh and Deepika, the movie also prominently features John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana. According to Pinkvilla, the movie had a global January 25 release in a number of different languages.
