PAK VS AUS: Another Day And Another Defeat

Another day and another defeat; Australian women are continuing their win streak against Pakistan.

Pakistan women’s cricket team has its second ODI from Australia. Australia won the game by 10 wickets. Pakistan team batted first and set a target of 126 in 50 overs. The Australian team chased the target with ease in 19.2 overs. Phoebe Litchfield was the top scorer from the Australian side. Her partner Beth Mooney also scored 57 runs. Darcie Brown was the woman of the match with 3 wickets against 32 runs.

Here is the fall of wickets of the pakistan side: 1-2 (Sidra Ameen, 1.3 ov), 2-43 (Muneeba Ali, 12.5 ov), 3-60 (Bismah Maroof, 17.2 ov), 4-84 (Omaima Sohail, 23.5 ov), 5-88 (Aliya Riaz, 25.4 ov), 6-103 (Nida Dar, 29.2 ov), 7-114 (Sidra Nawaz, 37.2 ov), 8-118 (Fatima Sana, 40.3 ov), 9-125 (Kainat Imtiaz, 42.5 ov), 10-125 (Sadia Iqbal, 42.6 ov). Darcie Brown sent 3 players back to the pavilion. Annabel Sutherland and Alana King bagged 2 wickets. Ashleigh Gardner had only 1 wicket.

While Australian opening players made a partnership of 129 runs, Pakistani women were utterly helpless in front of them.
