“Insanity” Mahira Khan on Operation at Zaman Park

Actress Mahira Khan was furious when Punjab Police broke into Imran Khan’s Zaman Park home in Lahore during an operation

Mahira Khan is a well-known actress and television host from Pakistan. She has made a great career in the Pakistani media sector and has garnered multiple honors, including a Lux Style Award, a Hum Award, and a Filmfare Award. She is most recognized for her starring roles in television shows including Bin Roye, Sadqay Tumhare, Shehr-e-Zaat, and Humsafar. She made her screen debut in the love story Bol (2011). She received praise for her work in the movie as well as various honors, such as the Lux Style Award for Best Actress. Since then, she has made numerous cinematic appearances, most notably in the 2016 crime drama Ho Mann Jahaan, the 2017 action comedy Verna, and the 2018 love drama Superstar (2019).

After Punjab Police broke into Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s Zaman Park mansion in Lahore during an operation on Saturday, actor Mahira Khan was quite disturbed.

The police restarted their operation, stormed Khan’s home, and seized multiple firearms from the location while the party’s leader traveled to Islamabad for a hearing before a trial court.

The police have maintained that they had a legitimate warrant to search the location for an investigation, despite the party’s assertions that the operation was illegal and unjustified.

A video posted by journalist Murtaza Ali Shah demonstrates how the cops entered the PTI leader’s home using large gear.

The actor who plays Bin Roye tweeted the following quote: “How the heck is this justified?”

Mahira Khan continued by saying this is insane.

The police said they had found assault firearms and a stash of bullets inside the Zaman Park mansion when they called the operation to a close after a few hours. They claimed that more than 60 party associates who were allegedly using hostilities to thwart the law had been arrested.

Police first arrived at the Zaman Park on March 14 to arrest the PTI chief in the Toshakhana case, and fought with PTI workers there for nearly 24 hours before being forced to withdraw by orders from the Pakistan Super League and the Lahore High Court. This incident has drawn attention to Zaman Park recently.

And today, they returned to the area to apprehend the “miscreants” who were responsible for obstructing justice on March 14.
