“Bat Like Babar, Bowl Like Amir,” Says Sarfraz Ahmed’s Son About His Role Models In Cricket

KARACHI: Abdullah Sarfraz, the son of former Pakistan team captain and current Sindh player Sarfraz Ahmed, was seen working out with his father on the field.

Junior Sarfraz, as he is affectionately known, has been picking up advice from his father, who has been taking the young child to the stadium.

Following the conclusion of the game, the father-son team was spotted practising while Junior Sarfraz batted and the former Pakistani captain bowled to him.

Abdullah told Geo Super that he appreciated his father’s batting today when commenting on Sarfraz’s performance, who managed to achieve a century during the game.

Abdullah responded that he wants to be an all-rounder when asked which aspect of playing cricket he enjoys the most: batting, bowling, or wicketkeeping.

Junior Sarfraz took pride in the fact that he bats and bowls like Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam and fast bowler Mohammad Amir, respectively.
