PSL 8 is going to start on the 13th of February. It will last up to the 19th of August. After the commencement of Najam Sethi, PCB has been working on it by day and night. On the last day, it was announced that Quetta would be the 5th venue of PSL. However, the matches will be there if the security condition remains suitable.
Resources reported that PCB visited the solo cricket stadium last week after a discussion with the marketing and production team. They found it suitable to play. Authorities said that they would work on security and make it possible.
Bugti Cricket stadium hosted only one ODI match in 1996. It is the first time that Quetta will host another international-level competition. The spectators are keen and show zeal and zest for the latest PSL edition.
The stadium will host an exhibition match on the 5th of February, which is the Kashmir Solidatory day national holiday. The game will be played between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators.
