Because the first reason is that the summer is season of mangos it means that you do not need to try off-season fruits to make something special, The fresh mangos are available to try this recipe.

The other reason is that mangos have Vitamin A and Vitamin C both play a vital role in our body and our immune system.

All you need to have in your recipe are a few ingredients.

Ingredients

One glass of milk

  • Half glass cream which you will get from any store near your home.
  • ½ tea spoon of cardamom powder
  • 1/3 tea spoon of saffron strands
  • Nuts and other dry fruits you want in your mango kulfi

Method to make Cardamom Powder

First we will prepare our Cardamom powder

The significance of this powder is it can produce a sweat taste in our Kulfi and also good for health

Take some cardamom pods (“alaichi ki phalli” in urdu) make sure the cardamom pods must be green in colour.

Now remove the outer part of pods and make them clean, after that takes a grinder and grind the pods into powder.

Keep the powder in dry place and airtight jar for hours. Now your powder is ready to use in mango kulfi.

Recipe of Mango Kulfi

Take a mixing bowl/a jar/ or a container

Remove mango puree and put them into the jar.

Add milk, cream, cardamom powder and saffron strands.

Mix them well

Put the mixture in your preferred container or kulfi mould whatever you like.

The mixture should be mixed and frozen overnight or no less than five hours.

The kulfi should be taken out of the mould once it has hardened and garnished with chopped nuts before serving to guests.

The mango puree, pure milk, cream cardamom powder and the nuts make your kulfi really delicious and healthy as well.
