What is Self-Enumeration?
Self-enumeration is a cutting-edge technique that enables each and every person residing in Pakistan to take part in the census by registering themselves. Any member of a household can register all the people who live together and eat meals as a single household because this process is done on a household basis.
With this strategy, every Pakistani citizen has the chance to participate in the census, and the data that is gathered is more accurate. Every person can take control of their own census participation through self-enumeration, ensuring that their household is fairly represented in the census data at the end of the process.
This approach is a step towards developing a more inclusive and thorough census that accounts for Pakistan’s diverse population.
